Zomboy at The Slowdown on 1/28/2015 (LIC Pre-Party)

Dubstep isn’t dead, and Zomboy is here to prove it. If you need to get down before getting hard in the paint for Life In Color at the Pinnacle Bank Arena this show is here to help you out. The British DJ made his debut in 2011 with his first track “Organ Donor” produced by Never Say Die Records.  Never Say Die Records also covers other big time dubstep pioneers such as: HeRobust, 501, SKisM, and Far Too Loud.  The first single that I came across of Zomboy’s was two years ago when his remix of “Pressure” was a huge hit on the dubstep charts.

Ever since then I have always had an affinity for Zomboy.  I love his dead-zombie like sounds and a heavy bass to pull it all together.  Zomboy has also been making his rounds at various festivals these past years. Some festivals he has performed at are: Escape From Wonderland (2014), Electric Zoo Festival (2014), Spring Awakening (2013), and Zomboy had a 16 minute set on the World Wide Stage at Ultra Music Festival this last year. In addition, just last August he released his brand new EP named “The Outbreak.”

This show is going to be nothing less, and I mean nothing less than extravagantly amazing from beginning to end. You do not want to miss out on this show. Zomboy will be accompanied with the local DJ duo Buckhunter, as well as sTRAP BACK to get down to on January 28th at The Slowdown in Omaha. Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 day of show. Tickets are G & G Smoke Shop-Lincoln, Illuzion Glass Galleries-Omaha, Slowdown Box Office.
